Credits are a shared allowance per space. Click What can I use credits for? in the Credits & Usage table for rates. Your per-activity breakdown is also visible in the app. On paid plans, you can continue past your included credits and overage is billed separately. The trial stops when credits reach zero or after 10 days.
A space is your dedicated Octigen environment — one workspace with its own subscription, credit balance, and templates. Personal plans support a single user; Business plans include unlimited team members and domain-based sharing.
Yes, you can change your plan at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately, and downgrades apply at the start of your next billing cycle. Your data and templates are preserved when switching plans. Features not included in the downgraded plan (for example, team sharing or data connections) will no longer be available.
Yes. Every new space starts with a 10-day trial including 80 credits and access to data features so you can evaluate the full workflow. Subscribe to Personal or Business when you're ready — credits reset monthly on paid plans.
